https://www.facebook.com/LA.VIGENNA.TOURISME Situated just inside the Vienne region of France 15 minutes from Junction 25 of the A10 Motorway, lies the picturesque village of Les Ormes with its beautiful Château alongside the river Vienne. The wine routes and Chateaux of the Loire Valley are an easy morning drive from the gite.

Victor and Anne Lê have renovated the 19th century Gendarmerie in the centre of the village converting a section of its complex into a Gite which can comfortably sleep 6 people sharing three rooms. The Gite has private access from the main road with ample parking in the courtyard and overlooks a well kept garden with a large swimming pool.

Anne is a gifted interior designer and has decorated the building in a "country chic" French style, adding her own unique flare to pieces of furniture. Wherever you look you will see little touches that only someone with an eye for detail can do. She runs classes in decoration techniques including wood renovation, painting styles and lampshade design. The Gite is ideally situated in the town of Les Ormes within easy reach of Futuroscope and the Loire Valley châteaux - the Gite has 3 bedrooms.

The master bedroom has on-suite facilities and can be set up as 2 separate or one large double bed, with patio doors leading to the garden and swimming pool. The second room with large double bed is set out upstairs, screened off in an airy open plan floor overlooking the living area. The third bedroom has 2 single beds, which can be made up into a double. These rooms share a downstairs bathroom.
A well presented kitchen diner with washing machine and dishwasher includes all the kitchen essentials you would need to cater for up to 6 people. The living room leads out to a patio where you can enjoy fresh croissants with your morning coffee from the local bakery and overlooks a large garden with swimming pool, which is shared with the owners.

Fresh bedding is provided on your arrival with a change if required during your stay. There are also fresh towels for the bathroom. Towels are only for use in the bathroom, guests must supply their own for the swimming pool.
