Bordering a preserved green zone and overlooking the unspoilt Sevre river, enjoy the picturesque landscape within easy reach of the town center and shops. For holidays or business trips, close to the Marais Poitevin and near the centre of Niort, enjoy all the benefits of being in town as well as the calm of the countryside in this contemporary house with all modern comforts.
Situated close to the Marais Poitevin, on the edge of town in a 800m2 garden surrounded by trees. Enjoy the bucolic landscape on the edge of a preserved green zone and the river Sèvre Niortaise, while at the same time being near the town centre and shops.
Completely renovated in 2014 the decoration of the house is modern and refined. There is a large light living room, a cosy corner to sit and relax with two comfortable sofas, an open plan well-equipped kitchen, three bedrooms and a spacious well-appointed bathroom.
Outside there is a double terrace which allows you to enjoy the maximum sunshine all day long. A small outside salon for relaxing reading or an aperitif before dinner and a garden seating area for eating outside with family or friends. Animals are welcome.
